I presented Jason with a challenge. My home was a 2 year old new construction it was practically brand new. My neighborhood was so new there were no comps in the zipcode. To top it off, we discovered my solar panels were not on a transferable loan. We ended up needing to increase our sale price well above what most people perceived as market value. Jason is just great in what he does. As a first-time home buyer and a foreigner who just moved to the USA I had not the slightest idea how to buy a house and so have been a bit concerned about all this paperwork that comes with it. Wow - I'm so glad that I found Jason! With him it was almost like a walk in the park and actually kind of fun to do the house shopping. We checked out about 10 houses until I finally found the right one. I'm actually quite picky so the whole process took about 2-3 months. During our house visits he seemed well prepared and arrived in time to all of our appointments. In fact he usually arrived earlier like me :-o On plus he gave some good advises and I think he got an excellent taste. Sometimes you just want to hear a second opinion. I never had this feeling that he is getting impatient or felt pushed to (finally) buy something. This man really likes his job! Thats exactly how it should be right? You can focus on finding the right house, take your time to make this very important decision - he arranges everything in the background and when you need him he is there. The communication couldnt have been better - could reach him at any time by phone, text or email when I had some questions or wanted to arrange another house visit. Last but not least I would like to mention his great negotiation skills. He exceeded my expectations in this matter and I'm confident that he got me a good deal. Yes, I absolutely do recommend him and will 100% choose him again when it is time to buy (or sell?) the next home.
